Late april marked the opening of Blique; The Nobis Groups latest addition to their growing design hotels portfolio.
We were put in charge of managing all aspects of the new hotels beverage life and decided to pair our two partners and senior consultants Robbie and Thobias on the project.
After months of theorizing, drawing, mixing, sourcing, installing, recruiting, training and preparing, Blique opened its magic courtyard to the eager public on the 26th of april.
Besides the 249 rooms guests (both staying and local) can dine and drink at the hotels 2 restaurant and 3 bars. Each with its unique twist and appeal.
Robbie stayed a few months as in-house beverage manager until everything settled in and handed over his responsibilities to our recruited bar manager.
As an icing on the cake Bliques rooftop restaurant and bar Arc was listed as one of Forbes best new rooftop bars in the world shortly after its launch.
