Brasseri Norrtull is located in one of Stockholm’s most celebrated building, the former home of the Swedish Wine and Spirit monopoly.

With a seasonal menu elaborated with the help of Daniel Gustavson, (former chef at Gordon Ramsay *** and head chef at Fredsgatan 12*) focusing on local produce and classic dishes from the Swedish gastronomy, Brasseri Norrtull aims at offering a qualitative all-day-round product.

On the beverage side, past the assortment of local micro-breweries, Brasseri Norrtull has been gifted with a very extensive wine profile, with affordability as focus. Indeed, it lists no less than 15 wines by the glass.

Given the historical background of the building, a special emphasis has as well been laid on a spirit assortment with the Swedish distilling heritage at heart.

Classic cocktails and a few bartender’s favourites round up the beverage program.

The Liquid team has as well delivered (and overseen the build of) a brand new interior design concept, heavily based on the 1930’s manufacturing and industrial heritage of the building, as well as created and implemented a complete overhaul of the venue’s graphic identity.
