In the early summer of 2015 Hallwylska museet opened its courtyard doors to welcome visitors to enjoy a venue with a wonderful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings in central Stockholm.
Last year Liquid Management conceptualized, designed, managed the build of the bar and was further contracted as the Operation Manager for the venue. This summer we reprise our role as project and operations manager at Hallwylska museet, Hamngatan 4!
Notable changes for the 2016 season is the new mobile outdoor kitchen with Bocuse d’Or silver medalist Jonas Lundgren as executive chef, an further developed wine program as well as recruitment of a entirely new dinning room team.
Halwyllska Bar & Restaurant is open from 17.00 Monday to Saturday until the end of summer.
