Johannes Kök was voted as one of the ‘top 5 meat restaurants in Sweden’ in 2014.
Liquid Management created a new easy working beverage program that connected well with this venue and emphasised the high quality ‘Brooklyn Steakhouse’ ambience. Adjusted the pricing structure, devised a smaller more appropriate drinks menu and provided essential training on service, spirits and cocktails.
