Le Rouge is a French turn of the century inspired fine dining restaurant in the heart of the old town in Stockholm. The restaurant, run by The F12 Group, hosts one of Stockholm’s top cocktail bars Le Bar Rouge.
Liquid Management was part of the opening team, designing the high specification stainless steel for the three bars, creating the drink concept and cocktail list, and setting up all routines and procedures for the new operation.
Liquid Management took charge of operations during the opening period, until handing over to the Bar Manager.
Le Rouge and Le Bar Rouge has established itself as a center of classic and fusion mixology and has been nominated for, and won, several awards, such as DN På Stans Golden Dragon 2008 for Best Bar. The venue is also frequently featured in international publications.
