In 2005, Locanda Klara Norra, a southern European inspired, casual fine dining restaurant opened in the heart of Stockholm.

Liquid Management was contracted at the concept development stage with the objective of setting up a high quality bar that would match the nationwide renowned chef’s food,

Locanda served luxurious French, Italian and Spanish tapas, with inspiration from the rest of the world. After completing the design of high end cocktail bar, with custom-made stainless steel solutions and working stations, Liquid Management was able to deliver ”Stockholm’s most exciting cocktail list” (DN, Nov 2006) based on fresh products from five continents.

With cocktails containing dates and figs so typical to the Middle East, as well as rye whiskeys and bitters of northern America, the bar at Locanda was acclaimed by the press and secured several awards, such as Best Newcomer by Elle Magazine. Liquid Management manage the bar for six month, setting up all routines and procedures before passing on to the successor.
