The 14th of January 2016 Melker Andersson’s Grupp F12 opened their new restaurant “/Mother” on Mäster Samuelsgatan 19, central Stockholm.

Liquid Management has over the past 14 months been responsible to design and project-manage the construction of a “state of the art” juice and cocktail bar- hybrid, as well as developing a new approach to the modern cocktail bar. Nothing short of revolutionary, the bar will ban processed sugars, additives and conservatives, and will focus next to exclusively on Organic and bio dynamic produces and brands as well as juice extraction methods and nutrient preserving processes. This new bar will offer a complete cocktail and beverage program, with alcohol only as an option. Expect as always bespoke cocktails and serves, as well as Organic, locally sourced or handcrafted bio-dynamic micro breweries, wines and spirits.

Far from aiming exclusively at the health conscious, /Mother cocktail and raw bar will offer a vibrant and fun atmosphere where the product is flawless and service is king!
