Grupp F12s new concept restaurant “Publico”, a south American inspired “dining club”.
The new venue aims at being the missing link between a dining and a clubbing experience, with an atmosphere starting as casual fine dining, and slowly morphing into a club. Ceviche and South American classic dishes, along with a strong bar concept around Piscos, Tequilas and Mezcals make for a unique experience.
The Liquid Management team has conceptualized, designed and managed the built of all the bars as well as, as always with Grupp f12, assist the local Bar Manager, the talented Peter McConnell, with bar concept and cocktail program development.
