As one of Scandinavia oldest still operating hotel, First Hotel Reisen can trace its roots back to the 16th century, where sailors and travellers alike would find the then “guesthouse” at the foot of the then city-centre.
Nearly 5 centuries later, the hotel has seen the classic piano bar concept of the 1980’s replaced by a very modern and urban approach, with cocktails and vibrant music at its heart. Liquid Management has been recruited to optimize and re-think the operation as well as re-conceptualize the main bar.
A brand new beverage concept is as well under construction in the back room, and should see light later next year.
9 months in the operation, the bar sales have nearly doubled and operational profits increased by 14%.
