Located in the hearth of Stockholm’s hotel district, Radisson Blu Royal Vikings SKYBAR is one of the few iconic skybars that offers a top-floor view of the islands and archipelago from the hotels 9th floor.
The Liquid Management team was contracted to conceptualise and re-establish the skybar as the obvious choice of rooftop bar for both international travelers and local crowd. After initial analysing and implementation, Liquid Management assumed the role of Beverage Manager for the hotel, with focus on developing a qualitative and modern product, inline with the newest international trends and excellence standards of the Radisson Blu hotel chain.
The bar welcomes guests seven days a week, 365 days a year. In true hotel bar spirit, the bar offers an extensive range of beverages from internationally recognized producers as well as smaller local talents with interesting new products who provides outlets for the bar staffs creativity.
