Early May 2016 the newly renovated Hotel Amaranten premiered its brand new cocktail bar; Tap Room.

After months of planning, development, building and recruiting the new high volume venue were ready to welcome guests to both crafted cocktails and bar food, created with inspiration from the American 60´s where concepts such as “cocktail hour” was born, pop art became prominent and the “cocktail parties” became the new black.

In order to facilitate the high demands of a large venue and high volume cocktail bar, we have brought into light a whole new way of making crafted cocktails.. cocktails on tap!

The developed draft system insures quality and consistency trough its air sealed design while also significantly decrease the time spent per cocktail by the bar staff.

Liquid Management has conceptualized, designed, managed the build of the bar and is further contracted as the Operation Manager for the venue.

With a bar team fully dedicated to their craft, solid entertainment profile with live acts and DJs performing every week, Tap Room stands ready to serve all and has already made an impact on Stockholm’s popular Kungsholmen neighbourhood.
