Tures first opened in 1989 at the heart of the trendy StureGallerian shopping mall, and quickly established itself as a popular destination amongst the movers and shakers of Stockholm. Over the summer 2011, a major overhaul of the restaurant has seen Tures become a French brasserie, complete with a traditional handcrafted Zink bar top, and white marble.

Liquid Management was contracted to set up the complete beverage concept, spanning from an extensive wine list to a comprehensive cocktail and fine spirit program to tailor suit this brasserie with a Swedish touch.

Along with a new bar design, We has provided the restaurant with a complete training program, including advanced wine and spirit knowledge as well as classic cocktails and service standard.

After the initial opening phase, Liquid Management will continue monitoring performance, and provide ever-specializing education and improvement of this soon to be classic restaurant.
