The 29th of September the newly renovated Vapiano Stureplan premiered its brand new cocktail bar and restaurant to celebrate their 10th year anniversary.
The new concept that´s unique for the Swedish market and differs from the traditional Vapiano experience still finds its inspiration from the Italian kitchen, however the ordering process has been simplified and the restaurant now offers a brand new bar and beverage program.
Liquid Management has developed a tailored made cocktail program that takes it´s inspiration from the kitchen garden and focuses primarily on “garden-to-glass” cocktails. The cocktail menu offers a selection of craft cocktails with fresh seasonal ingredients. The theme will vary from one main ingredient to categories such as fine herbs, citrus fruits etcetera and will change seasonally throughout the year.
Together with the new expanded cocktail menu the bar offers a new beer selection with focus on craft and local products and a selection of yoghurt based smoothies with no processed sugar and an exclusively dairy free base.
After designing and constructing the bar and implementing the new beverage program Liquid Management continues to oversee stock and purchase control, beverage portfolio and other daily bar operations as Beverage Manager.
