In the very same building that once housed the first pharmacy in Sweden we, together with partners, created a bar where the concept were inspired by the medicine, tinctures, elixirs and potions that once were sold at the venue 400 years ago. 2013 the award winning bar Pharmarium opened its doors to the public after a extensive preparatory work by us and the Gothenburg based architecture firm Stylt Trampoli. Above the bar concept, production of the workflow, recruitment of the bar team and operational launch our senior consultant held a operational role i during the business first year. Apart from a Gulddrake award as ‘‘Bar of the year’’, Pharmarium have been nominated in several categories at Bartenders Choice Awards.
