Tap Room

After months of planning, development and recruiting, Tap Room finally open its doors to guests mid-May 2016 with a concept based on the American 60’s featuring a wide variety of craft cocktails and gqstronomic bar food a la Marcus Samuelsson (Aquavit NY, Red Rooster Harlem). In order to live up to the high expectations (and costs) that comes with operating a large venue, we developed, as the first bar in Sweden, genuine cocktails on tap. This guarantees quality and continuity no matter who’s working and saves a lot of time during the process of making a cocktail.

Our role in this project included concept development, projections and bar build, recruitment, procurment (beverages and equipment), launch and operations as well as contact with the authorities to secure the legal aspects of the tap cocktail program.
