Texas Longhorn

During 2019 we’ve worked with Texas Longhorn and implemented several changes in order to develop and update their beverage program. The ambition has been too, with the help of our tailored and deliberate means, transform their different outlets to a more exciting and approachable beverage destination with increased profitability.

Our on-going commitment includes staff education, procurement and contract negotiation, concept evaluation and development, follow-up with the franchisees and enforcement of the structural changes put in place to revamp the organization from within.
